On Friday night, our church hosted a Trunk or Treat event at both campuses. Joel was in charge of this event, so our van was one of the "trunks" where we handed out candy. So here is a picture of Norah as a monarch butterfly and Anna as a cowgirl, or "princess of Texas" as she liked to call herself.
They've visited all the trunks and now are enjoying the treats!
Sunday night we went out trick-or-treating in our neighborhood. The girls were excited to wear their costumes again, but even MORE excited to go trick-or-treating with our wonderful neighbors, the McMahon family. This was poor planning on our part, because we waited to take the token Halloween picture until right before we walked across the street to meet the McMahons. I'm not sure what is wrong with Norah, but I am pretty sure Anna has her eye on her friends across the street and is refusing to look at the camera.

This jack-o-lantern was given to us by one of Joel's co-workers who is also a Mac fan. One of the trick-or-treaters saw it and said, "Look! An ipod pumpkin!"

"princess of Texas" ha ha! Hilarious. Love that girl. And Norah's facial expressions are priceless!
