Moving weekend

We moved to a new house on Saturday! But first, we had to celebrate Joel's birthday on Friday night. His parents and grandma came down from Minnesota to celebrate the birthday and to help us with the move. We went to Cracker Barrel for dinner Friday night for fish and chips, one of Joel's favorite meals.

Joel and I spent the day Saturday moving. We were blessed to have Joel's parents there to watch the girls all day, and several friends and people from church helping with the move. We're slowly unpacking and getting things organized, but our little house already feels like home. We made the decision to move back in March, so it feels like we've been waiting forever! We are excited to be in the neighborhood where our church is, and that means Joel can walk to work. And we already know two of the families in our neighborhood who were friends of ours before we even moved here.
