We celebrated Norah's 6th birthday this weekend. On Saturday, which was her actual birthday, we opened presents in the morning then went out to lunch. She requested a red velvet cake this year, which surprised me because she usually picks something chocolate. It was Anna's idea to put the horse on it.
On Sunday we invited a few friends over for a butterfly party.
This game was a big hit--wrapping up the caterpillars in their "cocoon" then they break out of it at butterflies, wings and all!
Sara came to the party, and she painted lots of fingernails and toenails for us.
