Trunk or Treat

Last night we went to Trunk or Treat at our church. The girls had been looking forward to it all week.

Anna dressed up as Junie B. Jones, who is the main character in her favorite books.

Just in case you've never heard of Junie B. or never read any of her adventures, here's a picture of the look we were going for. Pretty close, huh? Missing teeth and everything!

And here's our little cowgirl Norah. She didn't get to wear her hat very long because it blew off in the wind!

It was very cold and windy and even started to rain a little bit toward the end, so we kind of huddled up in the back of the van to pass out goody bags. Joel was nice and warm though. He dressed up as Buddy Bear. That's the name of the bear he uses when he does Children's sermons at church, so he was a big hit with the church kids. Except for the little ones. They were a little scared and didn't want to get close to him!

It was a fun night together despite the bad weather. I think everyone had a good time!
