We took a quick trip to Indiana for the Upland Labor Day Parade. Joel has lots of memories of going to the parade every year as a kid, and he really wanted to take the girls there. So we got to visit the Mosers and take a little mini-vacation.
The girls really enjoyed the parade, although by looking at this picture you might think otherwise. It was pretty chilly and Norah didn't really want to work for the candy, so she was kind of grouchy most of the time.
Anna and Benjamin both got a ton of candy, but they were good about sharing it with the younger ones.
Here's Norah really sad that she didn't get a piece of candy. But she had a whole bag full anyway.
Much better now that she is wrapped up in her blanket.
It's always fun for us to go back to Taylor and always good to see the Mosers!
