We ventured out to Curtis Orchard this weekend, which is a very popular place around here in the fall. We didn't pick any apples this time (my neighbor just gave me a HUGE bag of apples from her mother-in-law's orchard and I am still trying to use those up), but we'll have to go back and do that before the season is over. They had lots of fun stuff to do, especially for kids.
We let the girls each choose one thing that they wanted to do. Norah chose a pony ride.

Anna chose face painting. After seeing the finished result, Norah was very disappointed that she did not choose face painting and was pretty grumpy the rest of the time we were there. This picture sort of captured her mood. She wouldn't even eat a donut!
