Joel had the day off on Monday, so we decided to take the girls to the zoo. Anna was very excited (as usual) and her favorite was the hippos. Even though Norah has been to the zoo before, this was the first time she was old enough to actually enjoy it. She kept pointing at every animal she saw. I would ask her, "Norah, do you see that (animal)?" and she would nod her head very enthusiastically.
This polar bear was just napping in the sun, but the girls were really excited to be so close. I think Norah thought she was actually touching the bear.
