Sara got a new kitten so we went over to meet him today. His name is Chancho. He is a sweet little kitty and very tolerant of the girls touching him and holding him. When we left Anna said, "Mommy, is the kitty sad now?" I said, "No, I don't think so. Why would he be sad?" and she said, "Because I'm not there anymore." Apparently she bonded with the kitty and thought he really bonded with her! Sara has wanted a cat for a long time so we are really happy for her.

sweet little kitty. congratulations sara! benjamin had his first exposure to a cat this weekend when we were in IL. i heard 'where go kitty? find him, mama!' a million times.
